Week 1:  June 29th - July 3rd           BUBBLES AND FOAM FUN

Get ready for a week full of bubbles, science, and fun! Campers will explore exciting experiments and learn through play throughout the week, discovering new concepts in a hands-on and engaging way. The week will wrap up with a foam party outside on our field, creating a fun and memorable experience for everyone. It’s a week full of laughter, teamwork, and messy, splashy excitement! 🫧🎶✨

 

Week 2:  July 6th - July 10th                  AMAZING SEAHORSE WEEK 

Seahorse Summer Explorers will take part in their very own “House Cup,” competing as teams to earn medals in a variety of fun challenges while building teamwork and camp spirit. Campers will also enjoy special activities throughout the week, including games from Knucklebones, hands-on art projects with Art Pop, and a visit from a storyteller who will share exciting tales to spark imagination. It’s a week full of teamwork, laughter, and unforgettable seahorse-sized fun! 🐚🎨🏅📖

Week 3:  July 13th - July 17th                         SHARK WEEK

Seahorse Summer Explorers will dive into crafts and activities all about sharks and other important ocean animals, exploring marine life through creative projects and hands-on fun. Our oldest campers, the Sharks group, will take part in a week filled with leadership and enrichment opportunities, including kayaking in the harbor in partnership with the Mattapoisett Land Trust, as well as participating in local conservation and outdoor adventures. At camp, Sharks will also mentor younger campers while building valuable leadership skills. It’s sure to be a fin-tastic week! 🦈🌊🎨

Week 4:  July 20th - July 24th                      SEAHORSE SPORTS

Seahorse Sports Week is all about games, teamwork, and friendly competition! Campers will play a variety of sports, including basketball, kickball, soccer, and more, while building skills and showing good sportsmanship. Campers can show their team spirit by wearing a jersey or sports shirt from their favorite team or player. It will be a week full of action, laughter, and fun for all! 🏀⚽🥎

Week 5:  July 27th - July 31st                   BEACH BONANZA

This week, campers will dive into all kinds of beach-themed fun and games. Activities will include creative projects, outdoor adventures, and plenty of summer excitement. Campers are encouraged to dress in their favorite beach gear—Hawaiian shirts, sunglasses, tropical colors, or anything that gets them in the beach-day spirit. It will be a week filled with sunshine, laughter, learning, and beachy adventures! 🐚🌴

Week 6:  August 3rd - August 7th                  MATTAPOISETT IS SPECIAL

This week, campers will explore what makes Mattapoisett such a special place. Activities will include scavenger hunts, games, and adventures around camp, the harbor, and local parks. Campers will also visit the Mattapoisett Library and the Mattapoisett Museum to learn about local history and artifacts. Seahorse Summer Explorers will discover fun facts while enjoying games and activities all about our town. It will be a week full of exploration, teamwork, and hometown fun! 🌊🏡

Week 7:  August 10th - August 14th               WACKY WATER WEEK

For our final week of camp, get ready to make a splash during Wacky Water Week! Campers will enjoy a variety of water-themed activities, including sprinkler games, water balloon fun, and creative watercolor crafts, while also learning about the importance of water and how we can help protect it. The week will wrap up with a special end-of-camp celebration featuring a fun waterslide adventure. It’s the perfect way to end the summer—with lots of laughter, splashes, and camp fun! 💦🌊
