Children can come and unwind after a busy day at school and learn a variety of tools to help them in their busy lives. Mrs. Courtney Aarsheim will show them how to stretch their bodies in creative ways and relax their minds through yoga poses and group games. Children will learn to connect with themselves and others! Namaste!
Session Schedule:
Thursdays - January 9th thru February 13th from 3-4 PM.
Cost: $85 per participant
$10 off each additional sibling signed up to participate in this program.
