🧘‍♂️ Yoga for Students – After School Program 🧘‍♂️

 

Join us for a fun and relaxing afterschool yoga class designed just for kids!

Instructor Delaney Pothier, a 24-year-old Center School alum and certified yoga instructor, combines playful movement with mindfulness to make yoga fun and approachable for young learners.

Students will explore gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and playful yoga poses that build strength, balance, and confidence. Each session encourages relaxation, focus, and mindfulness in a supportive, positive environment.

 

👧🧒 Open to Grades: Kindergarten – 3rd
🗓 8-Week Session: Mondays, Dec 1 – Feb 2 | 3:00–4:00pm
❌ No Class: Dec 29 & Jan 19 (School Vacation & Holiday)
📍 Location: Center School
